Sarah Frazier, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, CBS Radio Houston
Sarah Frazier is Senior Vice President and Market Manager for CBS Radio Houston’s portfolio of products in Houston, Texas. In this role, she oversees the strategy and day-to-day operations for the market, which includes ten HD stations which also stream on Radio.com, an Events & Experiences department, a portfolio of digital assets, and the play-by-play partnership rights with the Houston Texans and the Houston Dynamo.
Frazier has risen through the ranks at CBS radio, beginning with CBS as an Account Executive in Kansas City. She moved to Dallas to be part of the launch of the company’s first Jack format in 2004, and then managed the sales teams of several other stations within the Dallas market. In 2009 she moved to Houston to become the Director of Sales for the newly-formed six-station cluster, where she worked to combine several cultures and create one unifying strategy to compete in the highly-competitive Houston marketplace.
She has won numerous awards from the Media Alliance of Dallas and Houston as well as being one of Radio Ink’s Best Managers in 2013 and was named one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Radio” in 2015 and 2016.

Caitlin Jeansonne is Social Media Director at MMI Agency in Houston, Texas. Caitlin specializes in strategic planning and implementation of robust organic and paid social media programs for clients in a variety of B2B and B2C industries. With more than 10 years of focus on digital strategy, Caitlin’s past experience includes SEO/SEM project and team management, social media management, and user experience roles. In 2008, Caitlin served as the strategy lead on the relaunch of Southwest Airlines’ blog, “Nuts About Southwest,” which was named Best Corporate Blog in the Platinum PR Awards for 2008 and 2009. Caitlin has been published in The Public Relations Strategist on the topics of mobile and digital public relations, and spoken to groups that have included the NTEN Nonproﬁt Technology Conference, Pubcon social media and optimization summit, and to students as a guest lecturer at her alma mater Texas A&M University. Michelle Giroir, Senior Account Executive, Pandora
Her love for audio began at the tender age of 5 when she recorded her first Radio commercial with her father, a 45 year old Radio industry veteran. Michelle started her media career at CBS Radio Houston as an account executive. She then became the Director of Integrated Marketing & Events for the six-station cluster, and was then promoted to the Local Sales Manager position for KKHH & KHMX. In her position as Senior Account Executive at Pandora, Michelle’s job involves creating customized digital marketing programs for her clients to deliver continuous results. Pandora’s media programs include Audio, Display, and Video solutions.

Mariza Martinez, Account Executive, Group Sales, The Houston Astros
Erica Tolar, Private Equity Sales & Strategy, FedEx
Mariza Martinez enters her fourth season with the Houston Astros as an account executive in the ticket sales department. Her target market includes corporations, schools, youth sports associations, churches, and families. Mariza oversees the group sales youth sports initiative, The Future Astros Program, which is a half a million-dollar partnership with over 52 leagues in Texas and Louisiana. In addition to her sales duties, Mariza assists in selecting, training and mentoring the Inside Sales Department representatives. Mariza started in the Inside Sales Department in March, 2012 and soon moved to Group Sales where she was awarded the Group Sales MVP in 2015 and is a seven-time recipient of the Blue Star Monthly Award. She is also a member of the Astros Women’s Leadership Group. Mariza is a native of Houston, a graduate of Deer Park High School and holds a BBA from The University of North Texas where she was a four-year letterman in softball. Recently, she received her MBA from The University of Houston - Downtown with a concentration in Sales Management and Business Development.
Erika Tolar is responsible for revenue growth, risk mitigation, project management and strategy development for $1B private equity asset for FedEx Corporation. Erika was awarded the FedEx Five Star Award, recognizing the top 1% of all professionals within FedEx Corporation for their ability to innovate, collaborate, and improve efficiency or profitability. It is the highest honor which can be awarded to an individual at FedEx. She also chairs the community and social responsibility council for FedEx in Houston. Erika received her BBA-Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University and her MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Along with being a single mom to her 7-year old son Gavin, she is very active in various social responsibility areas including United Way, March of Dimes, SafeKids International, Texas Lyme Disease Awareness, MS-150, Al-Anon and Nar-Anon family groups. She also coaches middle school volleyball at Abiding Word Lutheran School, is a Plexus Worldwide Gold Ambassador in network marketing, serves on the board for the SFA Alumni Association, is a 2016-2017 Board of Trustee Member at The Council on Recovery-Houston, independent advisor to the Liberty Education Foundation, Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Thought Leaders’ Institute alumni, 2014 GHWCC Role Model of the Year, co-chair of the 2015 Love What You Do mentoring event for junior/senior women in college with executive women in Houston, and co-chair of the 2015 Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM event.

Jacob Voncannon is a Marketing Manager for ChaiOne: An Enterprise Mobility Agency. In this role, he works with business clients in their use of apps to drive sales. Jacob supervises marketing at ChaiOne. His clients appreciate his ability to blend new and emerging technologies with solid and insightful marketing to build successful marketing campaigns. Jacob is a graduate of Baylor University where he majored in music and entertainment marketing.
